You agree not to use the bot for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the bot to spam, harass others, or maliciously exploit Discord's API rate limits.
We strive to maintain high uptime standards, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the bot or dashboard. Services may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance windows.
We reserve the right to blacklist any user or server from utilizing VOID AI without prior notice if found violating these Terms or Discord's own Terms of Service.
VOID AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be held liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

VOID AI does not store message content permanently unless explicitly configured by a Server Administrator for specific features (such as AI chat context or audit logging).
All collected data is used solely to provide and improve the functionality of the bot. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties.
If you remove the bot from your server, you may request full data deletion by contacting us. Some data may be automatically purged after 30 days of inactivity.
